Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps are a healthy and easy low carb recipe! I used shredded chicken, but you could also use store-bought rotisserie chicken.

What you need
cup buffalo sauce

butterhead lettuce

tbsp white onion

cup cherry tomato

avocado
Instructions
1 Gently, rip each leaf off of the head of lettuce. You can cut off any of the bitter ends. Thoroughly wash the leaves and allow them to dry completely on paper towels. 0 Add the shredded chicken to a bowl with buffalo sauce. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated in the sauce. 2 Assemble the wraps. Lay 8 lettuce wraps on a plate or board. Evenly distribute the chicken between each piece of lettuce. 3 Then add a little red onion, tomato and avocado on top of each and enjoy!View original recipe
